The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced lawyer (min 1 year PAE) to join our Insurance Team, working predominantly on workers’ compensation and motor injury claims.

The team is overseen by Laura Angel, one of the leading lawyers in the insurance sector in WA.

Key responsibilities

• Drafting legal advice to clients
• Assisting in the management of client files
• Attending hearings on behalf of the client
• Legal research and analysis where required
• Liaising with clients, counsel and experts
• Conducting interviews of expert witnesses and other key potential witnesses in preparing the client’s case
• Drafting pleadings, affidavits, notices, chamber summons applications, witness statements, and all other documents necessary and required.
